Sheet metal is cut on our laser machines according to technical drawings. Since cutting, bending and welding are planned within the same facility, parts move on to the next step without intermediate transport.
For material types and cutting capacity, see our machine park page or send us your technical drawings.

Cut parts are bent on press brakes to the angles and dimensions specified in the project. Bending sequence and tooling are planned with the subsequent welding and assembly steps in mind.

Parts are joined by TIG, argon or laser welding depending on material type, thickness and project requirements.
For work requiring visible surface quality — as in defense and medical products — post-weld surface cleaning and grinding are applied.

After surface preparation, parts are coated on our electrostatic powder coating line in the requested color code and oven-cured.
Because coating is done in-house, the entire process from cutting to the finished coated product is tracked from a single point.

Coated parts are assembled with fasteners such as nuts, pins, hinges and gaskets, and prepared for shipment. Sub-assembly or complete product assembly is available on request.
Every batch passes quality inspection before delivery.
